Installing it
Contractor-installed and contractor-warrantied. Be aware that LG's HVAC business runs through a dealer network that has nothing to do with buying an LG television, and warranty support goes through that network. Confirm your installer is an LG dealer, not simply a contractor willing to install one.

Choose LG when the indoor unit has to be inconspicuous or attractive, or when line-set routing is the constraint.
